Terms of use.

The service.

JobPacket is provided by Vager Media LLC. These terms describe permitted use of JobPacket’s apps and websites. Contact benjamin@vagermedia.com with questions.

Your account and company.

Use an account you are authorized to access, keep your password private and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Your company manages team access and job assignments. Access to a company workspace does not authorize access to another company’s information.

Your job records.

Only upload or share information that you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your entries and for obtaining any permissions needed to document people, property and customer information. You give JobPacket permission to store, process and display the material as needed to provide the service to you and your authorized company users.

Do not upload unlawful, abusive or exploitative material, disclose another person’s private information without authorization, interfere with the service or attempt to bypass access restrictions. Nonconsensual intimate imagery, including images or videos altered or generated with AI, is prohibited. Content that facilitates human trafficking or the exploitation of children is prohibited. Use Report a concern on a job or contact support when you need to report content or account misuse. Access or content may be restricted while a concern is investigated.

Reviewing and sharing work.

JobPacket records your team’s documentation and review decisions. A completed checklist or approved packet is not an independent inspection, manufacturer certification or guarantee of correct installation. Your team remains responsible for the work and for checking applicable instructions and requirements.

Review photos, notes and exported packets before sharing. A saved file, a submitted job and delivery to another service are different steps. Check the status shown in JobPacket and confirm manual filing in the receiving service. Features and file limits may differ between devices and connected services.

Subscriptions.

Downloading the mobile app and creating a free company workspace require no payment card. The ongoing free workspace includes one user, three active jobs, and 1 GB of storage. Additional capacity may require a company subscription when paid purchasing is available. Any subscription price, trial, renewal and cancellation terms are shown before the company subscribes. Creating a free account, receiving a capacity email, downloading the app or using the website checklist builder does not itself start a paid subscription.

Texts from JobPacket.

JobPacket, operated by Vager Media LLC, offers optional automated account notices, service updates and support texts. With separate permission, we may also send review requests and promotional texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to either category is not required to purchase or use JobPacket. Reply STOP to stop all JobPacket texts or HELP for help. For support, email hello@jobpacket.co. You can also change your choices in your text preferences. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The privacy policy explains how we handle your number and consent.

Privacy and deletion.

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. You can request account deletion from inside the app. An ordinary solo workspace is erased through the same request. If records are shared with other company members or participants, personal information within those records is reviewed separately as described in the privacy policy; deleting one account does not erase other people’s work.

Availability and updates.

Service interruptions can occur. Check that uploads have completed before removing local files or clearing the app. Keep copies of records you need outside JobPacket. We may update the service and these terms; the updated terms will display their date here.
