No. Account creation and the ongoing free plan do not require a payment card. A card is required only if the owner chooses a paid-plan trial.
Yes. Add a card and select your plan to start the 14-day trial. Your card is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. Checkout shows your plan, billing interval and payment details.
We email the company owner the day before the trial payment, with the payment details and a link to cancel. You can also start cancellation from Company billing in your dashboard.
Open Company billing and choose Cancel trial or subscription. Review the features you would lose, confirm that you want to continue and dismiss any optional offer to reach the final cancellation button. Cancellation is complete when the confirmation appears. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the trial subscription charge.
The full annual amount is charged after your trial and at each yearly renewal: $990 for Team or $1,990 for Business, plus any applicable tax. That is the price of ten monthly payments for a full year.
Your company owner, office staff and contractors all count as users. Team includes up to 10 users and Business includes up to 25. Contact us if you need more than 25.
