Confirm that incoming data identifies the right customer, address, scope, and assigned job.
Check the receiving system for the expected record or attachment. A successful upload alone does not confirm the final handoff.
Test interrupted requests and retries to confirm they do not create duplicate records in the receiving system.
Product boundary
A pilot begins with the system that owns the job context. That reduces matching errors and unnecessary setup.
The team agrees on the exact packet, attachment, task update, or record state that proves delivery is complete.
Additional systems are evaluated for authentication, stable access, data mapping, and commercial permission before onboarding.
Bring the current handoff. We will identify what comes in, what belongs in the packet, and where completion must return.
